Planning a Fantasia Party

First Step: Compile a list of your friends, neighbors, work colleagues, and anyone who you feel would benefit from a Fantasia Home Party, and prepare to send out your Fantasia Party Invitations. Ensure that all guests to your novelty party are at least 18 years of age. For stagette/bachelorette parties, make sure you keep it a secret until the day!

Second Step: Send out your Invites, email invites, or call your guests. When you invite people, make sure they know that you are not inviting them to some nasty x-rated party where people will be engaging in lewd acts – you are not planning anything too naughty - No nudity! Make sure they don’t feel pressured to attend, but also make sure they understand that you are planning a safe, fun, tasteful event in the comfort and privacy of your home. Encourage each person to start thinking of the questions they’ve always wanted answered about novelty toys. Have your guests prepare to spend as much as 4 hours at your Fantasia Party from start to finish, including time for shopping.

Third Step: Make sure they understand that all shopping is done in private with the Fantasia Party consultant/sales associate, who will accept cash or credit cards. Most consultants will not accept personal cheques. If a particular item is sold out, then orders to be shipped later are possible, but otherwise your guests will leave at the end of the adult novelty party with their purchases in one of the famous brown bags!

Fourth Step: Confirm your guest list! Call or email your guests the day before your Fantasia Party… Your consultant will call to confirm details and number of attendees in order to ensure that enough stock will be available for everyone. By confirming your guest list, you will get a better turnout, and will likely get a great free gift for working so well with your consultant!

Fifth Step: Make sure your evening will be uninterrupted. You do not want to embarrass your guests by having an unexpected visitor show up in the middle of a show-and-tell! Schedule deliveries, phone calls, and anything else that will disrupt your fun. Send your husband or partner out for the night. Set aside a private room with a closed door for your guests to do their shopping at the end of the night.
